Copy the textures from the "textures" folder located in the zip file to the location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Texture. Overwrite if prompted.
Uninstallation:
Copy the textures from the "backup textures" folder located in the zip to your C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Texture directory.
The textures are big, 1024x1024 and look best with the mip mapping quality set to 8. If you have some extra horsepower they also look good with a bit of FSAA and Ansiotropic filtering.
